The property is set in 15 acres of beautiful grounds with far reaching views to the Black Mountains and surrounded by 1000 acres of Duchy of Cornwall land which has open bridleways throughout so you can walk for many hours straight from the front door.
A key feature of these stunning grounds is the effective combination of formal gardens and wild meadows. There are also various barns on the property, which remain traditional outhouses.
The Wain House is a beautiful stone and wooden pillared barn with a large wood burning stove, medieval candle chandeliers and banquet style tables to seat 30. It is also perfect for events, weddings and parties and can seat up to 100 diners. The capacity can be increased by adding Dewsall’s special hand-cleaved yurts and/or marquee walls on the side.
